Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for conducting field service visits, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing various systems and devices supported by GOJO TRADERS.

Qualifications

Field Service and Preventive Maintenance skills
Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
Customer Service skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications or degrees in engineering or related fields are a plus
Experience in the voice, video, and data segments is advantageous
