Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer based in Chennai. The Field Services Engineer will perform day-to-day tasks that include providing technical support, troubleshooting, executing preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Interacting with clients, diagnosing issues, and repairing HVAC systems will be a part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Field Service and Troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and executing Preventive Maintenance
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, DME , ITI or a related field
• Relevant certification in HVAC technology is a plus
