Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include visiting client sites to diagnose and repair equipment issues, implementing maintenance schedules, and ensuring optimal performance of all serviced devices. The role requires proactive communication with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
