Job Description:

Growloc Pvt Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve providing on-site service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

● On-site Service and Maintenance:

• Perform preventative maintenance checks and repairs on a variety of electrical equipment, including but not limited to:
• Motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, control panels, relay and smps wiring, controller wiring,
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults using appropriate diagnostic tools.
• Conduct field repairs and replacements of components as needed.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with relevant electrical safety standards and regulations.

● Customer Interaction:

○ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Provide excellent customer service, including clear and concise communication regarding service updates, troubleshooting, and recommendations.

○ Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

● Technical Support:

○ Provide technical support to clients over the phone or remotely.

○ Assist with system upgrades and installations.

○ Document all service activities accurately and completely in company records.

● Travel:

○ Travel to customer sites within and outside of Pune as required (approximately 40% travel time).

● Other Duties:

○ Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

○ Assist with the development and improvement of service procedures and documentation.

○ Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

● Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

● Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance and repair.

● Strong understanding of electrical principles, including AC/DC circuits, power distribution, and control systems.

● Experience with panel wiring and panel designing.

● Knowledge of relevant electrical safety standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
