Communicate with customers regarding service activities, explain repairs, and provide usage guidance. Perform calibration & testing post-repairs to ensure equipment functionality. Record service activities and maintain service reports. Coordinating and facilitating a smooth flow of communication within the internal teams. Build and maintain relationships and rapport with customers to get an opportunity to sell Accessories / Consumables and get a chance to earn an incentive (No Targets | No Cold Calling).
