Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

Uptime & Field Service Management

  • Monitor uptime for warranty/AMC/project vehicles and ensure quick issue resolution.
  • Attend breakdowns, track tickets, and coordinate with dealers/field engineers.
  • Manage float availability, replenishment, and depot readiness.

Product Support & Technical Management

  • Prepare FIRs, track product issues, and participate in discussions.
  • Execute technical campaigns and ensure closure across assigned locations.
  • Monitor vehicle performance, parts usage, and adherence to technical guidelines.

EV EOR & Site Readiness

  • Ensure readiness for new EV deployments (manpower, tools, parts, chargers, infra).
  • Support dealer/vendor onboarding and service readiness.
  • Coordinate with OEM, vendors, and site teams for smooth operations.

Customer Training & Support Activities

  • Conduct driver, charger, and technical training programs.
  • Organize health-check camps and depot-level OJT sessions.
  • Visit customers, collect feedback, and maintain reports/MOMs.

Complaint Handling & Issue Resolution

  • Ensure timely closure of technical & non-technical complaints.
  • Handle documentation and respond to escalations.
  • Monitor vendor AMC performance (battery, tyre, AC, ITS etc.).

Service Revenue & Commercial Support

  • Track AMC receivables and assist with invoice reconciliation.
  • Process dealer claims and support service-related activities.
  • Assist in parts sales, vendor agreements, and commercial coordination.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Share weekly/monthly MIS on uptime, issues, and operations.
  • Prepare customer dossiers and participate in reviews.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Service and depot teams.

Competition Intelligence

  • Benchmark competitor products and service KPIs.
  • Share structured insights and field observations.

Preferred Profile

  • Diploma / BE / B.Tech

    in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical or related fields.
  • 26 years’ experience

    in EVs, Commercial Vehicles, Product Support or Field Service.
  • Strong understanding of

    EV systems, HV aggregates, telematics & depot operations

    .
  • Excellent customer handling, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
