Job Description

Job Title: HSE Officer

Location:

HSE Officer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive HSE plans, procedures, and policies.
Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification activities.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, legal requirements, and company HSE standards.
Conduct Safety Tool Box Talks (TBT), safety induction programs, and periodic training for employees and contractors.
Ensure safe execution of
Work at Height, Hot Work, Lifting & Shifting, and Confined Space
activities as per approved procedures.
Monitor and enforce proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices.
Support project teams in risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and implementation of risk control measures.
Coordinate with site management to continuously improve HSE performance and safety culture.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
BE / B.Tech with ADIS (Mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Safety Officer in project-based environments.
Strong understanding of project HSE protocols, construction safety practices, and risk control measures.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
