Job Description

Job Title:

RO / MEE Operators

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor
RO and MEE systems
as per standard operating procedures.
Record and maintain daily operational parameters, log sheets, and shift reports.
Monitor water quality parameters such as
TDS, pH, conductivity, flow, pressure
, etc.
Perform routine checks of pumps, motors, valves, membranes, heat exchangers, and evaporators.
Handle basic troubleshooting and support maintenance activities to reduce downtime.
Carry out
chemical dosing, cleaning, and CIP activities
as required.
Ensure compliance with
safety, environmental, and statutory norms
.
Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S and safety guidelines at site.
Coordinate with the Site In-Charge and maintenance team for smooth plant operation.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Hands-on experience in
RO and/or MEE plant operation
.
Basic knowledge of
water and wastewater treatment processes
.
Ability to identify operational issues and escalate appropriately.
Familiarity with industrial safety practices.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
