Job Description

Job Title:

STP Operators

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor
STP systems
as per standard operating procedures.
Monitor and record daily operational parameters such as
pH, MLSS, DO, flow rate, sludge level
, etc.
Ensure proper functioning of pumps, blowers, diffusers, and other STP equipment.
Carry out routine maintenance activities and support breakdown maintenance.
Perform
chemical dosing
and assist in laboratory testing as required.
Maintain daily log sheets, shift reports, and records.
Ensure compliance with
safety, environmental, and statutory guidelines
.
Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S and safety practices at the site.
Coordinate with the Site In-Charge for smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Basic knowledge or experience in
STP operations
.
Understanding of
water and wastewater treatment processes
.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Good discipline, teamwork, and learning attitude.
