Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair equipment at client sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and a willingness to travel frequently to different customer locations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring product performance, customer satisfaction, and minimal equipment downtime. We require an engineer with a great skills and experience in Air compressors, Air dryer and other industrial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service on equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and perform on-site repairs or part replacements.
• Provide technical support and training to customers regarding product usage and maintenance.
• Maintain service logs and complete detailed reports on each site visit.
• Escalate complex problems to higher technical support when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely and effective service.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or relevant engineering field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a field service or technical support role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical based on product specialization.
• Good problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with tools and testing equipment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

• Valid driver’s license (as travel is required).
• Certification in equipment servicing or maintenance is a plus.

Salary: As per company standards (Incentives applicable for performance).
Working Hours: 9 AM to 7 PM
Travel Required: Yes
