Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and deliver training programs for field sales teams to improve their skills in direct selling, outside sales, and customer relationship management.
Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide feedback on performance.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products/services to effectively train others.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop targeted training initiatives that align with business objectives.

Job Requirements :

3-8 years of experience in direct sales or related field sales role.
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective training programs for teams.
Strong knowledge of direct selling principles, including prospecting, closing deals, and building relationships with customers.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
