Field Sales Representative (Managing & Taking Orders) Position: Field Sales Representative Location: kozhikode , Kerala Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Manager Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and track orders from existing business clients, while also generating new business by acquiring new clients and expanding market reach. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a customer-oriented approach to sales. Key Responsibilities: Managing Orders: Process and follow up on existing orders from business clients. Ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment. New Business Acquisition: Identify and approach new potential clients in your designated region or market segment. Present and sell products/services to new businesses. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring repeat business. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by generating new orders and expanding existing accounts. Market Research: Continuously gather feedback from customers and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and market trends. Order Processing: Collect orders from businesses, ensure accurate details are recorded, and communicate effectively with the operations team for order fulfillment. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential customers to drive interest and sales. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, order status, and customer feedback to management. Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, order forms, and client data in the CRM system or other tools as required. Customer Support: Assist clients with any product-related queries and resolve any concerns or complaints in a professional manner. Required Skills: Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is desirable but not mandatory. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with business clients. Customer-Oriented: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that drive satisfaction and repeat business. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms, prices, and service agreements with businesses. Time Management: Ability to efficiently manage multiple clients, orders, and appointments within a given timeframe. Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve order-related issues or customer complaints efficiently and effectively. Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Experience: Prior experience in field sales or customer service roles is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
