Field Sales Representative

Job Summary: The Sales Executive for Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) in the bus body industry will be responsible for driving sales, developing relationships with clients, and expanding market share. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the aluminium composite panel market, particularly in applications for busbody manufacturing. This role involves direct sales, customer support, and collaboration with the marketing and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development : Identify and target potential clients in the bus body manufacturing sector, promoting the use of aluminium composite panels. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Generate new leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into long-term customers. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Provide clients with product information, technical support, and tailored solutions based on their specific needs. Conduct regular visits to client sites, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. Technical Expertise : Possess a thorough understanding of aluminium composite panels, including their features, benefits, and applications in bus body construction. Collaborate with the technical team to provide clients with accurate product specifications and support. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitors' products. Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential customers, and new business opportunities. Analyse competitor activities and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge in the market. Reporting and Documentation : Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, client feedback, and market analysis. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
