Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram. The Field Sales Person will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company's products and services. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, providing post-sale support, and gathering market insights to inform sales strategies. Collaboration with the management team for continuous performance improvement will also be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Communication Skills, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze customer needs effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel locally and adapt to dynamic work environments
• Educational qualification equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in a relevant industry is a plus
