Role Overview

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting field visits, engaging with customers, and driving revenue growth. The role requires a blend of sales skills, on-ground market understanding, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Bachelors degree/diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in industrial sales, B2B sales, equipment rental/sales, or technical sales
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in relevant field
  • Familiarity with generators, electrical equipment, construction equipment, or power solutions (preferred but not mandatory)

  • CRM (Zoho / Thunderbird / SalesQL / Apollo preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new projects, conduct field visits, and generate qualified business leads
  • Perform calling, schedule meetings, and follow up with customers to convert leads into orders
  • Run email campaigns using Zoho/Thunderbird and engage with clients via LinkedIn
  • Collect accurate customer and industry data using Apollo, SalesQL, Lusha, etc.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
  • Conduct basic market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity
  • Maintain regular communication with the internal team for order execution
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Track daily activities, projected sales, and follow-ups systematically
