Spinix is a growing Indian sports & activewear brand focused on comfort, performance, and sustainability. Our current products include bamboo socks and sports T-shirts, Shorts, Skirts, and we work closely with gyms, sports clubs, academies, and fitness communities.

Role Objective

To drive daily field sales, onboard gyms, sports clubs, fitness centers, and retail counters, and generate bulk order leads for Spinix products.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Sales & Lead Generation

• Visit 8–12 sports & fitness locations daily
• Pitch Spinix products to: Gym owners & trainers, Sports academies & clubs, Sports retail stores
• Generate bulk order leads and close small-to-medium orders

Retail Sales Support

• Place products at select retail counters (consignment model)
• Ensure stock visibility, replenishment, and collections
• Support event-based retail sales (tournaments, sports days)

Follow-ups & Reporting

• Maintain daily visit and lead reports
• Follow up on quotations and bulk enquiries
• Share customer feedback and market insights

Eligibility & Skills

• 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
• 1–4 years experience in field sales / marketing
• Comfortable with travelling locally
• Good communication skills (Hindi required; Marathi/English a plus)
• Interest in sports, fitness, or lifestyle products preferred
• Smartphone with WhatsApp & Google Sheets/MS-Excel knowledge

Compensation Structure

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
• Travel Allowance: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000
• Incentives: Performance-based (bulk orders + retail sales)

Growth Opportunity

• Performance-based salary revision after 3 months
• Opportunity to grow into Area Sales Executive / Channel Manager
