Please note that female candidates are not allowed to apply for this position. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for identifying target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of the Field marketing campaign. Your daily tasks will include updating the Marketing Head, generating customer leads, closing 20L monthly Interior work targets, conducting site visits, and closing sales. Additionally, you should stay up-to-date on current marketing trends and manage and allocate projects from start to end. Your role will involve measuring and reporting on marketing results, collaborating with other departments, developing and executing marketing plans, managing the marketing budget, creating and managing marketing materials, and overseeing marketing research. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of the Field marketing campaign - Daily update to Marketing Head - Generate customer leads and close 20L monthly Interior work targets - Conduct site visits and close sales - Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends - Manage and allocate projects from start to end - Measure and report on marketing results - Collaborate with other departments - Develop and execute marketing plans - Manage the marketing budget - Create and manage marketing materials - Oversee marketing research **Qualifications Required:** - Degree/Diploma in marketing or related field - 2-5 years of Sales and Marketing experience - Must have a two-wheeler & Driving Licence - Knowledge of Interior materials, textures, and architectural design trends - Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills - Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take the initiative with experience - Knowledge of taking measurements Please note that a work-from-home job is not available for this position.
