Field Sales Manager – Geevok Elevators (Delhi) Company: Geevok Elevators & Escalators Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2 to 4 years (Mandatory in Elevator Industry) Location: Delhi Key Responsibilities: Visit potential clients (builders, developers, contractors, consultants) across Delhi NCR. Deliver product presentations and technical descriptions of Geevok elevators. Understand project needs and offer tailored elevator solutions. Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, and networking. Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales. Negotiate pricing, delivery, and contract terms to close deals. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless handover and execution. Maintain records of site visits, leads, and CRM entries. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Experience: 2-4 years of direct sales experience in the elevator industry (mandatory). Strong understanding of elevator systems and the sales cycle. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Must own a vehicle (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) and possess a valid driving license. Comfortable with frequent field visits within Delhi NCR. Fluent in English and Hindi. Preferred: Existing connections with real estate developers, consultants, and architects; strong B2B elevator sales background. Salary & Benefits: ₹ 2-4 Lacs P.A. (based on experience).
