We are a growing MSME IT company specializing in integrated enterprise solutions, including HRMS (Human Resource Management System), Biometric Devices, Visitor Management Systems (VMS), and Document Management Systems (DMS). With a strong presence in the B2B segment, we cater to small, medium, and large businesses across multiple sectors. Our mission is to provide smart, scalable, and reliable technology that streamlines operations and boosts workforce efficiency.

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Manager who can actively manage digital leads, expand our client base, and promote our product range through strategic field activities.

Job Summary:

As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for handling Just Dail, IndiaMART and other portal-based leads, conducting cold calling, attending exhibitions/trade shows, and providing onsite demonstrations of biometric and software solutions. This is a client-facing role demanding high communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to close deals through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inquiries from IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, and other digital platforms.
  • Perform cold calling and reach out to potential B2B customers in targeted regions.
  • Conduct product demos and technical walkthroughs of biometric devices, HRMS, VMS, and DMS solutions.
  • Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with channel partners and corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with the technical support team for product installation and after-sales service.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets; provide regular reports to management.
  • Maintain CRM and databases with records of customer interaction, meetings, and sales status.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
  • 1 to 3 years of field sales experience in IT/software solutions, biometric or electronic security devices.
  • Must have prior experience managing portal leads (e.g., JD, IndiaMART).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both in-person and over phone/email.
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and explain them to customers.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of basic tech tools: CRM systems, Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business, etc.
