Role & responsibilities The potential candidate is expected to: meet or exceed monthly sales target. * Manage and co-ordinate all sales and marketing, advertising and promotional activities. * Develop and implement marketing systems, plans and projects for new and existing products. * Co-ordinate with the factory (works) and give good customer service. * Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects. * Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results. * Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget. * Develop pricing strategy. * Manage participation of exhibitions. * Acquire new customers and retain existing customers. * Close order. Preferred candidate profile Field sales experience with good English communication skills.
