Job Description

Position: Field Sales Executive Experience: 1–3 Years Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month Location: Kolkata , West Bengal Mode of Work: Field-based (must have own bike) About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and confident Field Sales Executive to represent our company and drive sales . The ideal candidate should be smart, well-presented, and skilled in client communication, field visits, and relationship management. This is a client-facing role requiring enthusiasm, ownership, and strong interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Visit potential clients across assigned areas to promote and sell tour & travel packages. Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networking. Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets. Understand client travel requirements and recommend suitable options. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through professional service. Prepare and submit daily visit reports and market feedback to management. Requirements Must own a bike and have a valid driving license. Male candidates preferred for this role. 1–3 years of field sales or client-facing experience (preferably in travel or related service industry). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Smart, well-groomed, and confident in client interactions. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
