Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location: Thane, Mumbai Experience: 2+ years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives About the Company: Join one of India’s most renowned and leading sports equipment manufacturers, specialising in professional shooting gear and accessories. With a strong presence in national and international markets, the company is growing fast, and this is your opportunity to grow with it. What You’ll Do: Handle sales of shooting gear and equipment through on-field visits Achieve monthly goals through lead follow-ups and client meetings Attend sports events, stalls, and shooting ranges to engage with coaches and athletes Take product measurements, manage orders, and support basic repairs Keep records of stock, billing, and field activity Convert walk-in and event-based enquiries into confirmed sales Support the team during exhibitions and sports meets Collect customer feedback and help improve on-ground service What We’re Looking For: 2 years+ of field sales experience, preferably in sporting goods, retail, or B2C Graduate from any stream Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable with local travel and weekend events Interest in sports, gear, or tactical equipment is a plus Why This Role Stands Out: Work with premium shooting gear and be part of the sports ecosystem Hands-on experience with athletes, coaches, and range events Fast-growing company with international business Open culture, team-driven, and full of learning opportunities
