Job Description

WebCRS empowers aspiring travel entrepreneurs with the tools, support, and mentorship needed to build and grow their own travel brands. Our EDP is designed to help individuals turn their passion for travel into a thriving business. Role Summary: As a Sales team member for WebCRS, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and enrolling aspiring entrepreneurs into our Entrepreneurship Development Program. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, guiding them through the journey of understanding the value, benefits, and outcomes of joining our program. Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, events, and social media. Explain the EDP offerings clearly and persuasively to prospects. Conduct one-on-one discovery calls to understand the prospect’s needs and align them with our EDP benefits. Follow up with leads systematically through CRM and ensure timely communication. Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals. Assist in onboarding enrolled entrepreneurs by coordinating with internal teams. Collect feedback and market insights from leads to improve pitch and program alignment. Maintain records of all communications and update the lead status daily. Required Skills & Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in consultative or solution-based sales Excellent communication and persuasion skills Strong understanding of customer needs, especially aspiring entrepreneurs. Basic tech-savviness to use CRM tools, Google Sheets, and video calls. Self-driven, energetic, and motivated by performance-based rewards.
