Job Description

● Suggesting Hotels for Particular destinations which have better service and markup. ● Comparing the contract rate, adhoc rate and B2B portals. ● Compare lowest buying rate with lowest Online B2C rates. ● Ensuring that the quote to guests is lower than Lowest online. ● In case our buying is higher than online, renegotiate with hotels/suppliers. ● Hotel Profiling & keeping a list of preferred Hotels for each destination(Kerala & different domestic destinations), updating our special rates in the system. ● Comparing the agent portals before sending the quote to the customer. ● Track conversion rates with Hotels. ● Track Destination performance. ● Upgrades from suppliers. ● Ensure confirmation at Hotels. ● Pre check in call done to Hotels. ● Incase of grievances mentioned by DTC, contact the hotel/supplier to sort it out. Or escalate the case to Manager. ● Support amendments in bookings. ● Check booking policies and Cancellation policies. ● Payout schedule update in WT system. ● If Customers have requested for new properties which are not in the system they have to search the properties which match the customer requirement and add base information into the system, trigger a request content team to collate the rest of the information about the property. ● During any interaction with the supplier or property tag relevant areas to the property all the room types. ● Check the quality of the factsheet of the hotel and request the content/ property team to update the latest data. ● Monthly calendar for Hotel products should be given to the social media team to create daily posters (everyday 01 product from each should be sent to the social media Team). ● Escalate to supplier when the Hotel Room is not good and ensure the refund from the supplier on a mutual terms and conditions Interested candidates may share your resume to recruit@jobsintourism.in or whatsapp 8136898513
