Senior Travel Consultant

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling domestic and international travel arrangements, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Plan and book domestic and international travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and holiday packages. Provide expert travel advice and customized solutions based on client needs and preferences. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and accuracy. Maintain updated knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, and visa requirements. Process travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds efficiently. Upsell and cross-sell travel products such as insurance, tours, and add-on services. Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate records of client bookings and payments. Assist in resolving customer issues or travel-related concerns promptly. Support team goals and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in a travel agency or tour operations company. Strong understanding of domestic and international travel processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and online travel booking tools or portals. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality preferred.
