Job Description

● Identify and develop new customers in industrial and manufacturing sectors. ● Generate inquiries and convert leads into sales. ● Regularly visit assigned dealers/traders to build strong relationships. ● Motivate Dealer & Traders to achieve sales targets and support them with product information, pricing, and schemes. ● Conduct field visits to client factories/workshops to understand their lifting needs. Identify new industrial belt & region developing & contacting them initially. ● Coordinate with design/technical teams for customized solutions. ● Take basic site measurements and understand load/height/structure requirements. ● Follow up on quotations and convert them into confirmed orders. ● Submit daily field reports with visit outcomes, leads generated, and next follow-ups. ● Identify and appoint new dealers/traders in untapped or underperforming regions. ● Conduct dealer profiling, explain partnership benefits, and assist with onboarding formalities.
