Position Title: Field Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Surat (Gujarat)
Reports To: Sales/Business Development Manager
Role Summary:
The Field Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for executing face-to-face sales activities by regularly visiting prospective and existing customers, understanding their raw material requirements, promoting relevant products, and closing orders. The objective is to build strong relationships and generate revenue through targeted customer development in various industries such as Pharma, Agrochemicals, Paints, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct daily customer visits across assigned territories.
· Introduce Venus Chemcorp’s product portfolio and share marketing material.
· Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for relevant products.
· Collect inquiry and sample requirements from customers.
· Coordinate with internal team for quotations, samples, follow-ups, and delivery.
· Maintain detailed visit reports, inquiry logs, and customer records.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
· Support in market intelligence, competitor activity tracking, and pricing feedback.
· Represent the company professionally in all meetings.
Qualifications:
· Graduate in Chemistry, B.Sc., B.Com, or any relevant field; MBA is a plus.
· 1–3 years’ experience in B2B field sales (Chemical Industry preferred).
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Willingness to travel regularly.
· Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
