Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Engineer – Durgapur & Asansol Region Company: Torqmotion Global Pvt. Ltd. Location: Durgapur–Asansol & nearby industrial areas Work Type: Work From Home + On-Field Visits Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Director Job Type: Full-time | Field-Based | Target-Driven Key Responsibilities: Field Sales & Client Acquisition: Visit local industries, factories, and workshops to promote and sell Torqmotion’s automation products, CNC routers, laser machines, and industrial panels. Generate leads from Durgapur, Asansol, Raniganj, Burnpur, Panagarh & nearby zones. Product Presentation & Demos: Conduct in-person demos and basic technical discussions for products like Delta PLC, HMI, SMPS, VFD, CNC routers, and panel solutions. Work From Home Coordination: Maintain regular telephonic & WhatsApp communication with clients. Send quotations, follow-ups, and close deals from home office. Sales Target & Reporting: Achieve monthly sales targets with timely reporting through CRM tools or Excel. Submit daily call reports, visit logs, and market feedback. Post-Sales Coordination: Support installation team remotely and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle basic service/first-level support before escalating to technical team. Qualifications:Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales (Industrial automation/electrical/CNC preferred). Freshers with strong technical interest and communication skills may apply. Must-Have Skills:Strong communication in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English. Basic technical knowledge of PLC, VFD, CNC or panel wiring. Self-motivated and disciplined for remote work. Mandatory Requirements:Own two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with valid driving license Smartphone + internet connection for field coordination and reporting. Residing in or near Durgapur or Asansol with good industrial knowledge of the area.
