Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis. Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts. Participate in sales meetings, events, and trainings. Requirements:Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
