Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales revenue.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, including negotiation and persuasion techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is an advantage.
