Field Sales Representative – TapGro (SAAS Startup) Be part of TapGro, an innovative software startup helping salons and spas simplify their operations so they can focus on delivering exceptional service. We’re growing fast and looking for a dynamic Field Sales Representative to drive our expansion. What You’ll Do: Identify and connect with salon owners in your territory. Deliver engaging demos of our salon management app (in-person or virtual). Build lasting relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Share valuable market feedback to improve our product and strategy. Keep CRM records updated and report progress to the sales manager. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills. Ability to simplify and pitch technical products effectively. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently. Willingness to travel locally for meetings.
