Field Sales Executive

🧑‍💼 Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive with at least 1 year of field sales experience in industrial products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting clients, and promoting our product range including bearings, Plummer blocks, belts, and industrial housings. 📌 Key Responsibilities Visit clients (dealers, distributors, OEMs, and end-users) regularly to generate business. Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities. Promote and demonstrate products (bearings, belts, blocks) highlighting features, advantages, and benefits. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and trends. Coordinate with the Inside Sales / Back-office team for quotations, order processing, and delivery follow-ups. Ensure timely payment collection from customers. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times. ✅ Requirements & Skills Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (preferably in industrial products / bearings / mechanical spares). Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Business discipline preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Marathi, Hindi, English). Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Good negotiation and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
