Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence in West Bengal and surrounding regions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Dealer & Distributor Network: Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors for scaffolding and structural steel products.

Direct Sales & Site Visits: Visit active construction sites, real estate projects, and industrial plants to pitch our scaffolding and steel solutions directly to Site Engineers, Contractors, and Project Managers.

Lead Generation: Actively scout for new construction projects (commercial, residential, and industrial) in the assigned territory and generate leads for bulk orders.

Client Consultation: Understand the technical requirements of the client (e.g., specific weight/load-bearing needs for scaffolding) and recommend the right product specifications.

Payment & Order Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from quotation to closing the deal. Ensure timely collection of payments and coordination with the dispatch team for on-time delivery.

Reporting: Submit sales reports, visit logs, and sales forecasts to the management team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA/B.Com/B.Sc). Candidates with a Civil Engineering background or Diploma will also be preferred

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience. Experience in Construction Materials (TMT Bars, Scaffolding) is highly desirable.

Skills:

Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

Basic understanding of steel weights/measurements is a plus.

Personality: Self-starter, target-oriented, and comfortable working in outdoor field conditions.
