Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting property sales, and providing excellent client service to close deals efficiently. You will play a vital role in expanding our client base and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective clients. Provide clients with detailed information on available properties, pricing, and terms. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all legal and contractual obligations are met. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competition. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners. Assist clients through the entire sales process, including paperwork and legal compliance. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market feedback. Attend property exhibitions, launches, and networking events to promote sales. Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (1–3 years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Good understanding of local property laws and regulations. Valid real estate license (if applicable in your region). Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
