Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door and targeted field sales in your assigned area.
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads for residential rooftop solar projects Explain solar benefits, ROI, subsidy, and finance options to customers.
• Coordinate for site surveys, installation planning, and documentation.
• Follow up with customers from inquiry to closure.
• Work with CRM tools to update lead status and sales pipeline.
• Ensure targets are met monthly in terms of leads and conversions 
• Provide feedback from the field to marketing and technical teams 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (technical background preferred) 
• 2–4 years of field sales experience (solar/real estate/insurance/loans preferred) with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills 
• Familiarity with local market and customer behaviour.
• Basic understanding of solar technology (training will be provided)
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory 
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
