Field Sales Executive – Government & Corporate

About Us
We are looking to expand our field sales team in Delhi NCR and are hiring a passionate and result-driven Field Sales Executive with experience in government and institutional IT sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Business Development:

  • Identify and approach government departments, PSUs, and corporate clients for IT hardware sales and AMC services.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, visits, and networking.

Product & Service Sales:

  • Sell IT hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Servers, Networking Equipment, etc.)
  • Offer AMC services, IT manpower solutions, and hardware rentals.

Tendering & Documentation:

  • Handle e-Tendering, rate contracts, and procurement processes via GeM Portal, DGS&D, and institutional platforms.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and necessary compliance documentation.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Field Operations:

  • Daily field visits across Delhi NCR.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively.

Team & Coordination:

  • Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of relevant field sales experience in IT hardware/services (Government & Corporate sector)
  • Strong knowledge of GeM Portal, e-Tendering, and government procurement processes.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
  • Must have a two-wheeler with a valid license.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • Experience working with PSUs, government departments, or corporate procurement teams.
