Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Field Sales Executive to join our team in Madurai South. This on-site role involves identifying and onboarding new merchants, maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing sellers, and executing effective sales strategies to achieve targets. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team, providing detailed reports and contributing to strategies for market penetration and growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales and Business Development
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills
Knowledge of Market Trends and Competitor Analysis
Experience with CRM Tools and Data Management
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Previous sales experience, especially in digital payment or fintech, is a plus
