Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Distributor Handling (Oxifix) Location: (Multiple Districts) Company: Oxifix Key Responsibilities: Handle distributor operations across assigned districts Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective distributor management. Identify and appoint new distributors in potential or uncovered territories. Ensure consistent product availability at the distributor and retail levels. Monitor distributor stock levels, credit limits, and outstanding payments. Drive market coverage, brand visibility, and execution of trade promotions. Regularly visit markets to maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors. Provide daily/weekly sales reports and market insights to the sales manager. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, supply chain, and customer service. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related discipline. 1–3 years of experience in distributor sales, preferably in FMCG, Pharma, or Consumer Health products. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts. Preferred Skills: Experience in the FMCG or Pharma distribution ecosystem.
