Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, negotiating deals, closing sales, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The role involves regular visits to customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions. The Executive will also have to track sales performance, collect payments, and report to the sales manager on progress and market trends. Qualifications Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Engagement skills Experience in Market Research and Customer Needs Assessment Proficiency in Communication and Relationship Management Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Experience in the agri sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
