Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting potential customers, understanding their requirements, and promoting our range of gym equipment and fitness solutions. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring lead conversion, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Conversion Prospect and generate new leads through field visits, networking, and referrals. Convert inquiries into sales orders by providing the right solutions. Client Meetings & Presentations Conduct field visits to gyms, fitness centers, corporates, dealers and institutions. Give product demonstrations and explain features, pricing. Sales Target Achievement Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management Maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Act as the first point of contact for customer queries before service escalation. Market Research & Reporting Gather competitor intelligence and market trends in the fitness equipment industry. Submit daily/weekly sales reports and client visit updates. Update CRM/Excel tracker with lead status and follow-up details. Key Skills Required: Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to convince and negotiate. Basic technical knowledge of fitness/gym equipment (training will be provided). Good presentation skills and confidence in client interactions. Discipline in reporting, route planning, and time management. Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Business/Commerce/Marketing or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C field sales (fitness equipment, consumer durables, or related industry preferred). Compensation & Benefits: Fixed Salary + Incentives on Sales Achievement. Travel Allowance as per company policy. Growth opportunities within Sales & Marketing team. Training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
