Job Description

Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits across Pune to meet prospective clients and promote company products and services. Generate new business leads and explore potential opportunities in sectors like real estate, construction, educational institutions, hospitals, and other corporates. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Understand customer requirements and provide customized solar energy solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pitching, negotiation, and closing strategies. Maintain accurate sales reports and share regular updates with the management team. Attend meetings and training sessions at the Bhosari office when required.   Requirements Experience: 6 months to 2 years in field sales (experience in solar energy, real estate, or construction sales preferred). Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred. Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi Communication Skills: Strong verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Mobility: Must own a 2-wheeler (petrol allowance will be provided). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
