Job Title: Telecaller Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 1–2 Years Job Type: Full-time | On-site Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and articulate Telecaller to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in telesales or telecalling, with a basic understanding of ISO certifications. This role involves engaging with potential clients, explaining our services, and setting up appointments for the business development team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote ISO certification services. Clearly explain company offerings and the benefits of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001). Maintain a database of client information and update call records regularly. Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects to generate leads. Work closely with the sales and business development teams to align outreach strategies. Handle initial queries and route calls or inquiries to the relevant departments when necessary. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service. Basic knowledge or previous exposure to ISO certification services is preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and comfortable in handling cold calls. Ability to maintain call logs and follow-ups accurately. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is a plus. Nice to Have: Prior experience working in a certification, consulting, or quality services firm. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications. Why Join Us?
