Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing SaaS team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales on the field. You will be required to attend the office once a week for team meetings and updates. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers for our SaaS products Conduct client meetings, product demos, and close deals Maintain records of sales activity and provide weekly reports Ensure post-sale client engagement and support Requirements: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in SaaS or IT solutions Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently Comfortable using CRM tools and basic tech platforms Perks: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Petrol and travel reimbursement Flexible work environment with one day/week in-office
