Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and on-ground marketing activities. Key Responsibilities:Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through field visits. Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to identify new prospects and market trends. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer service. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events (if applicable). Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in field sales or direct marketing (1–3 years preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and self-motivation skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
