Job Description

The Field sales executive plays a vital role in raising awareness and generating funds to support the organization’s programs. As a representative of our mission, you will engage with the public, communicate the impact of our work, and inspire individuals to contribute towards empowering underprivileged children through education, nutrition, and holistic development. Key Responsibilities Approach and engage potential donors in public places, residential areas, offices, and events. Clearly communicate the organization’s mission, activities, and impact to inspire donations and long-term support. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets. Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions. Set up and manage information stalls or kiosks during fundraising campaigns and outreach events. Represent the organization with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times. Participate in training, meetings, and reviews to continuously improve communication and fundraising skills. Provide feedback from the field to help improve campaign strategies and materials. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language. Passion for social causes, especially child education and development. Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven. Willingness to work in outdoor/field environments. Basic knowledge of fundraising, marketing, or customer engagement is an advantage.
