Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets. Develop and execute strategies for field marketing activities, including product launches and promotions. Conduct direct marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Desired Candidate Profile Only Male candidates who can travel 50kms/day. Two wheeler is must 1-5 years of experience in B2C sales or related to real estate any other related fields. Should have known MS Office Strong understanding of business development management principles. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
