Key Responsibilities: Identify new markets, customer needs, and business opportunities. Conduct regular market visits to ensure availability and visibility of Adani products at retail outlets. Manage existing distributors and dealers to optimize sales volume. Ensure timely order booking, delivery, and payment collection. Develop strong relationships with retailers and channel partners. Educate them on product features, pricing, and schemes. Implement trade promotions, schemes, and visibility plans. Execute marketing activities as per brand guidelines. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management. Maintain data on market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Monitor outstanding dues and ensure timely payment collection from customers. Address customer grievances and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Skills Required: Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting tools. Self-driven with a positive attitude and customer orientation. Language Proficiency: Local language proficiency preferred along with English/Hindi. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (if applicable).
