Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive at Evolve Hygiene, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in Thrissur by developing and managing the sales pipeline. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and managing the sales pipeline across Thrissur, ensuring regular customer visits and nurturing relationships. - Identifying, approaching, and onboarding new clients such as hotels, hospitals, and facility management companies. - Acting as the local face of Evolve Hygiene by providing product demonstrations, addressing client queries, and supporting after-sales service coordination. - Collaborating closely with the Thrissur and Kochi sales teams to align territory activities and ensure seamless coverage of neighboring regions. - Tracking collections, coordinating with the accounts team on receivables, and ensuring healthy credit discipline in the region. - Gathering and reporting competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market developments to offer insights to the management for decision-making. - Supporting local marketing initiatives, including trade activations and client engagement events. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably in cleaning supplies, FMCG, or hotel amenities. - Strong network and knowledge of the Thrissur business landscape. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English communication. - Minimum qualification of a Graduate or equivalent. Preferred Profile: - Candidates currently residing in Thrissur. - Local market familiarity is a must. - Two-wheeler license and own vehicle.
