Summary

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, driving sales growth, and meeting revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport with customers and closing sales effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set sales goals and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Research prospects and generate quality leads.
  • Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Manage and track the sales process using CRM and other sales software.
  • Build, update, and maintain a comprehensive CRM database.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings and contribute to team growth.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 1+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service and persuasive sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, email communication, CRM software (Zoho), and other sales tools.
  • Excellent phone handling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage objections.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485, document control, and regulatory standards.
  • Familiarity with sales procedures, customer communication, feedback handling, complaints management, corrective & preventive actions, and data analysis processes.
