Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Worker to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production processes by maintaining cleanliness, preparing and operating machinery, assembling components, and following all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and production area.
• Assemble products and components according to specifications.
• Follow production guidelines and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain production line machinery and equipment.
• Inspect and remove defective products from the line.
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Report any equipment issues or process deviations to the supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics (or equivalent qualification).
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience operating production and assembly machinery.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic mathematical and problem-solving ability.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
• Experience in soldering components on PCBs.
• Solid understanding of ISO 13485 standards and document control procedures.
